Erica is originally from the Philippines and has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After coming to the United States, she continued to pursue her Master’s Degree in Business Management, eventually transferring classroom skills to a real-world position at a Marriott Hotel in Charleston, SC. The focus on service, support and customer satisfaction learned from her years in the hospitality industry became the dominant feature of her real estate career. With the knowledge and expertise to guide her clients through the intricacies of the Florida real estate market, Erica’s attention to detail, negotiating skills and instinct to listen to and to understand the needs and desires of her clients sets her apart in a competitive market. Her goal is to deliver exceptional results, using all her resources to ensure her customer’s ultimate satisfaction.
