Charlie earned his BBA in Finance from Baylor University and has spent the past five years in Florida’s commercial real estate sector, with a focus on helping doctors and dentists launch their practices using strategic demographic and market analysis. His background gives him a unique edge when it comes to evaluating locations, growth trends, and long-term value.
Today, Charlie brings that same data-driven approach to residential and investment real estate in Central Florida—helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, Charlie enjoys hiking, playing basketball, reading, learning about history, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. His three pets: Casey, Benny, and Tony, are his best buds.
